Administration

The San Pablo Police Department Administration is comprised of the Chief of Police, Walter N. Schuld, the Captain of Police, Mark E. Foisie, Patrol Lieutenants Jim Creekmore and Kenny Bays and Senior Administrative Secretary Linda Armstrong.  The Chief and his command staff represent 105 years of continuing San Pablo police experience.

The Chief of Police is the Chief Executive of the Department, and is responsible for its overall operations and personnel.  The Chief is also responsible for ensuring the San Pablo Lytton Casino complies with their applicable tribal gaming code.

Captain Foisie assists the Chief by directing the Patrol, Investigations and Services Divisions and may act as Chief of Police in his absence.  The lieutenants assist the Captain by directing teams and units within the patrol division.
