Administration

The San Pablo Police Department Administration is comprised of the Chief of Police, Joseph P. Aita, the Patrol Division Commander, Mark E. Foisie, the Investigations/Services Commander, Walter N. Schuld, and clerical support staff. The Chief and two Commanders represent 75 years of continuing police experience.

The Chief of Police is the Chief Executive of the Department, and is responsible for its overall operations and personnel. The Chief is also responsible for ensuring the San Pablo Lytton Casino complies with their applicable tribal gaming code.

The Commanders assist the Chief by directing a major division of the department and act as Chief of Police in his absence. Personnel and Special Investigations (including casino related issues) are directly responsible to Administration.
