		The San Pablo Police Department is a full service community-based law enforcement agency, consisting of fifty-seven (57) sworn police officers and twenty-one (21) civilian employees. The agency's Administration is separated into three major divisions; Patrol, Investigations, and Support Services; and managed by the Chief of Police, a Captain, three Lieutenants, and ten Sergeants. Patrol Uniformed patrol teams respond to all calls for service from the public and provide crisis intervention when necessary. Sub-divisions of Patrol include: Traffic/DUI Code Enforcement Canine Gang Intervention Field Training Program Jail Operations Crossing Guards Investigations Provides advanced follow up investigations of all Part I criminal offenses and/or other assigned cases. Sub-divisions of Investigations include: Special Investigations West-Net Narcotic Task Force Advanced Training School Resource & Intervention Casino Liaison Support Services Controls distribution and maintenance of all police records and data entry. Sub-divisions of Support Services include: Administrative Support Live-Scan Fingerprinting Property and Evidence Fleet Maintenance Facility Maintenance Communications Background Investigations Records Unit
