Records

The Records Unit includes one part time and four full-time Administrative Clerks, one lead Administrative Clerk and two Police Services Assistants. They are supervised by a Police Sergeant and are available to assist you with:

• Towed Vehicles
• Traffic Accident Reports
• Crime Reports
• Clearance Letters
• Verification Letters
• Permits
• Master Fee Schedule
• Citizen Relationship Management

Records personnel may also assist the public with any inquiries relating to police services, resources or assistance. Monday through Friday from 7:30AM–5:00PM excluding holidays and weekends. Records can be reached at (510) 215-3130.

To make a police report or request immediate police assistance calls should be made to (510) 233-1214 To report a life threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1.
